In my ten plus years as a food photographer I have been very fortunate to have photographed the food of chef/artists such as Mario Batali, David Bouley, Daniel Boulud, Alain Ducasse, Thomas Keller, Susur Lee, Nobu Matsuhisa, Eric Ripert, Charlie Trotter and Lidia Bastianich. Passion for the subject and desiring to produce the most artistic and appetizing view of the dish is my goal with every culinary creation that I photograph.
