In my ten plus years as a food photographer I have been very fortunate to have photographed the food of chef/artists such as Mario Batali, David Bouley, Daniel Boulud, Alain Ducasse, Thomas Keller, Susur Lee, Nobu Matsuhisa, Eric Ripert, Charlie Trotter and Lidia Bastianich.
