William Noe, President, Net Jets International

William E. Noe is President of NetJets International, Inc. Mr. Noe joined Executive Jet Aviation (now NetJets Aviation, NJA) in 1993 as a Citation SII Co-pilot. Shortly afterward he moved to the Hawker 1000 program, where he became a Company Check Airman and FAA designated Examiner. He then became the Program Manager (Chief Pilot) for the Hawker 1000 program at NJA.

Mr. Noe moved to NetJets International in 1996, where he flew Gulfstream aircraft worldwide. He was subsequently promoted to Chief Pilot, Director of Operations and then to Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Noe has been intimately involved in NetJets Gulfstream Large Cabin program since its inception and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Company.
